Do you remember this post?
The one about logos and design projects?
It’s been a couple of months but I thought I’d let everyone know what happened.
I didn’t win. But, you know? That’s okay.
I looked at all of the submissions entered and looking at the winner of the challenge? It fit their brand, their concept perfectly. You can find it here if you’re interested!
Since I said I’d share what my final product looked like, I thought I’d go ahead and do a follow up post. While I didn’t win the contest, I think I was able to produce something that I was happy with in the end.
NAME: Harvester Arts
CONCEPT/REASON: The impetus to hold a logo design competition was taken directly from our mission of wanting to engage the community to create new work. We wanted to give the community a chance to be directly involved with Harvester from its initial inception and to help shape this new organization. (via)
Now that I’ve gotten my feet wet and gotten myself back into design work, I’m excited for some new projects on the horizon. INCLUDING some exciting upcoming design work for beauty-bitch.net and the Derby Arts Council!
